# Request intake triage ## Purpose Read a batch of plain-language requests aimed at an operations function and produce one intake record per distinct ask plus a triage table, so the operations lead can decide who does what, in what order, and what to ask back before work starts. The agent drafts records and suggestions from what each request evidences; the operations lead assigns, prioritises and responds. ## When to use Use when the user asks to log, triage, sort or route incoming requests from colleagues, teams, sites or partners, one message or a batch; to find what is missing before a request can be worked; or to build the intake list for a period. Do not use for customer support tickets with draft replies, use ticket-triage-pack instead; for a personal mailbox sorted into reply buckets, use inbox-triage. ## Inputs 1. Requests: emails, chat messages, form submissions, meeting notes with asks, call or voicemail transcripts, or a shared request list, attached or pasted, or reachable through the agent's configured knowledge sources or a mail capability the tenant has enabled for it.
