# Access review pack ## Purpose Read one access export and, where provided, an HR extract and a system-to-owner mapping, and produce one draft access review pack: a summary per system and owner, then one section per owner listing every account and entitlement line with its grant date, last use, status, anomaly flags to confirm and the decision the line needs. The owner fills the decision column. The agent decides nothing, removes nothing and rates nothing; a flag is a question, not a finding. The pack sees only the export; whether access is still needed, only the owner can say. ## When to use Use when the user asks to prepare a user access review, entitlement review, recertification, access attestation or "who has access to what" pack from an export of accounts, roles, groups or permissions, or to split such an export by system owner with the anomalies each owner should look at. Do not use to decide which access to remove, to execute or schedule removals, or to conclude that access is appropriate or excessive.
