Use when the user asks which /phx: command fits a task (review, plan, debug, test) or how two commands differ. Checks plans and git state, then recommends from the routing table. Not for bare /help, a tour, or ambiguous requests (intent-detection).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. Helps users find the right command, skill, or agent for their situation.
## Usage

## Arguments
- `$ARGUMENTS` — optional description of what the user wants to do
- Empty = analyze current context (git status, existing plans, file patterns)
## Execution Flow
### Step 1: Gather Context
If `$ARGUMENTS` is non-empty, use it as primary signal.
Always gather ambient context (run in parallel):
1. Check for existing plans: use Glob on `.claude/plans/*/plan.md` — active work in progress?
2. Check git status: uncommitted changes? which files?
3. Check for solution docs: use Glob on `.claude/solutions/**/*.md` — prior knowledge?
### Step 2: Classify Intent
Read `${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/references/tool-catalog.md` for the full routing table.
Map the user's situation to one of these categories:

How to install
mdr add oliver-kriska/claude-elixir-phoenix/help@sha256:b0e10172d3b39d8cThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260929.c08ad14, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
