Bei Wärmepumpen halbiert § 559f BGB die umlagefähigen Kosten, wenn der Effizienznachweis fehlt. Diese Skill führt durch Qualifikation, Ankündigung, Bestimmung des Umlageweges, Rechnung und Kappung und weist die Folgewirkungen auf die CO2-Kosten aus.
