The front door. Open or resume a ticket, load its context and prior art, write the plan (and the spec when the plan calls for one), and wait for your approval before anything is built. Start every ticket here.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
<!-- emitted by ticketwright install v4.9.3 — do not hand-edit; re-run `ticketwright install --runtime antigravity` to update. --> # /ticket One command owns the ticket lifecycle: it opens (or creates) the ticket, sets up the workspace, loads exactly the context this ticket needs, surfaces the closest prior work, and then carries the work forward in the same window — **plan → build → check → ship**. Every read-only planning step happens HERE, in Phase 4: the plan, and the spec when the plan calls for one, behind a single approval — so `/build` never starts on a ticket nobody scoped, and on that approval it starts here. Reads the merged config; everything tool-specific resolves through the adapters, so it works with any configured tracker/warehouse/vcs. ## How this skill asks the person something <!-- ticketwright:ask-rule:begin --> The kit's one question rule, the same in every skill that asks: - Read `capabilities` from this skill's `kit_paths.py --json` probe the first time a question comes up, and keep the result. - `capabilities.structured_questions` is `yes` and `capabilities.question_tool` is not `none` → …

How to install
mdr add kyle-chalmers/ticketwright/ticket@sha256:b4089166c0eefa57The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261102.ad438b4, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
