# Contract review pack ## Purpose Abstract one contract into a key-terms table, compare it against the user's playbook of standard positions, and return one DRAFT contract review pack: key-terms abstraction, deviations and issues against the playbook, open questions, reviewer checklist. Preparation that helps a qualified lawyer review faster. It is never legal advice, an authoritative interpretation, or a judgement that any term is acceptable, approved, valid or enforceable. Law is jurisdiction-specific and this skill does not know which law governs. Known limitation: the skill reads the contract but never edits it.
