Use when running JetBrains ReSharper Command Line Tools over a .NET solution — the CleanupCode/format fix pass an agent runs before claiming C# work complete, or the once-per-run InspectCode gate whose output a code review triages. Do NOT use for non-.NET languages, for judging design or correctness by reading code, as a substitute for the compiler and test gates, or to run InspectCode from inside a per-task completion gate.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# ReSharper Command Line Tools
`InspectCode` runs ReSharper's inspection set over a solution and emits a machine-readable
report. `CleanupCode` applies ReSharper's formatting and cleanup profiles to source files.
Both are mechanical: the same solution at the same revision produces the same output, which
is what makes their result citable as evidence rather than an opinion.
That property is also the boundary. This skill produces and remediates tool output. It does
not judge design, correctness, or intent — those belong to the reviewer and its lenses.
## Setup
The tools ship as a .NET global tool, pinned in the repository's tool manifest at
`.config/dotnet-tools.json`:

ALWAYS restore before the first invocation in a session:

If the repository has no manifest entry, say so and stop rather than installing a tool
version nobody pinned. A floating analyzer version makes every later report incomparable.

How to install
mdr add dpalfery/kyber-weave/resharper-clt@sha256:ae8123b9c39f680aThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261014.7881c42, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
