Er bereitet die Nachweisführung gegenüber dem BAFA vor. > **⚠️ Aktualität (Stand 2026-07) — die 65 %-Regel für Heizungen ist aufgehoben:** Der Deutsche Bundestag hat das **Gebäudemodernisierungsgesetz (GModG)** am **10.07.2026** in namentlicher Abstimmung mit **323 : 271** Stimmen beschlossen. Das Gesetz **streicht §§ 71, 71b–71p und § 72 GEG**.
