Scan the repo for scattered documentation files, analyze organization issues, and output cleanup recommendations. Analysis only — no changes made.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Respond in the user's preferred language (detect from their recent messages, or fall back to the language setting in CLAUDE.md). ## Execution Steps ### 1. Full Scan Dispatch 3 parallel Explore subagents (model: haiku) to collect a documentation inventory: **Subagent A — Root + Docs/** - All .md files in root directory (except CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md) - All files and directory structure under Docs/ (recursive) - For each file: path, first line content, line count **Subagent B — In-code documentation under Assets/** - All .md files under Assets/ (recursive) - Including README, ARCHITECTURE, API_REFERENCE, CHANGELOG, AGENTS.md, etc. - For each file: path, first line content, line count **Subagent C — Config & tool documentation** - .claude/ directory structure - Documentation under scripts/ - Templates under .github/ - Root config files (.mcp.json, opencode.json, etc.) ### 2. Classify Categorize all documents by: | Category | Description | |----------|-------------| | **Long-term design** | System architecture, module design, data config (should be centrally managed) | | **In-code docs** | README, API reference, dev guides (should live with the code) | …

How to install
mdr add tykisgod/quick-question/doc-tidy@sha256:5d13fdf0b05ac4e4The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261006.f0a700f, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
