Dreizehn-Wochen-Anmeldung der Elternzeit, die Ablehnungsfristen beim Teilzeitantrag. Seit dem 01.06.2025 gelten zudem **Schutzfristen nach einer Fehlgeburt**. Dieser Skill prüft Beschäftigung, Vergütung und Bestandsschutz in einem Durchgang. > **Rechtsstand: Oktober 2026.** § 3 Abs. 5 MuSchG gilt seit 01.06.2025.
