# Onboarding plan builder ## Purpose Turn one role, one team context and one systems list into one DRAFT 30-60-90 day onboarding plan a manager can run: phase outcomes traced to the role, activities with owners drawn from the inputs, access and learning as requests to raise, and checkpoints.
