Five hard rules: 1. **Two investigation rounds, no interview** — resolve ambiguity from the code, not from the user. Never post after a single pass. 2. **Question budget: 0 by default, 1 only if blocking.** Ask iff without the answer you cannot file *any* sensible issue (e.g. the user genuinely named neither a repo nor a topic). Priority, scope edges, exact wording, fix location → not blocking. Decide and document. 3. **Decisions go in the issue body, not the chat.** Judgment calls land under a `## Decisions` section in the issue body so the user can edit them on GitHub. Never ratify-by-chat. 4. **Complete the requested GitHub object** — file an ordinary issue with `gh issue create`; for a meta issue, also attach existing children as native sub-issues. How to install
mdr add zackees/clud/clud-issue@sha256:df1351fb789983eeThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261001.ed53bdb, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
