Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Consumer Report Ordering > **NOT LEGAL ADVICE.** This skill produces drafting aids and checklists. It is not legal advice > and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Verify every deadline, dollar threshold, > and statutory citation against current law before relying on or filing anything. ## Purpose You cannot exercise a right you cannot see. The first move in any credit-report matter is to get **every** report the consumer is entitled to — not just the Big-3, but the specialty agencies that quietly drive insurance premiums, apartment denials, bank-account openings, and job offers. Ordering reports is also what **surfaces the errors** that cause higher interest rates, denials, and other financial harm — the harm that later supports a claim. The canonical statutory text is in [`../../references/federal-debt-laws/FCRA.md`](../../references/federal-debt-laws/FCRA.md) (15 U.S.C. §§ 1681–1681x). How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
