Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. ## Overview Unified planning skill for requirements gathering, architecture decisions, and code generation. ## When to Use - Before implementing a change that touches 3 or more files, crosses a module boundary, or carries a real trade-off. - When a significant architecture decision needs a record, or an earlier ADR is being reversed. - When new boilerplate has to match an existing project pattern exactly. - After a change is merged, to fold its spec delta into `specs/current/` with `/plan archive`. - For reviewing finished code, use `/review`; for committing and opening the PR, use `/ship`; for running the suite, use `/test`; for a one-question throwaway prototype, use `/spike`. ## Process 1. Route the invocation with the table below. An unrecognized argument is a plan description. 2. Run the matching section. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
