Spatial canvas workbench for visual thinking: nodes, edges, groups, pan/zoom and real-time sync. Use for investigation boards, architecture diagrams, dependency maps, task plans, dashboards, file relationships, or when the user mentions canvas, board, diagram, spatial layout or visual map. Humans pin nodes to curate context; agents read that curation.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # PMX Canvas PMX Canvas is a server-authoritative spatial workbench controlled through MCP, HTTP, SDK or CLI. Humans pin nodes to curate agent context through `canvas://pinned-context`. State survives refresh. Use this entry guide for every task, then load only the task-specific reference below. ## Runtime and skill identity PMX Canvas 0.12.0 requires **Bun >=1.4.4**, including npm installations. Check `bun --version` and the MCP host's PATH. Install or configure only when requested. Read [Installing PMX Canvas](references/installing-pmx-canvas.md) for pinned setup and managed services. In Amp, portal access and native MCP discovery are separate; workspace commands need human trust approval. A connected MCP server does not install an idle-thread wake-up adapter. After upgrading, run `pmx-canvas skills sync --check` first (exit 1 means drift). Review whole-tree differences and preserve local edits. `skills sync --yes` replaces all drifted installed copies of `pmx-canvas`, `pmx-canvas-testing` and `pmx-canvas-orchestration`; use it only after the owner approves those replacements. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
