# Expense policy precheck ## Purpose Read one expense claim or travel plan with the policy the user supplies and return one DRAFT precheck sheet: per line, the clause matched, the limit quoted as stated, an arithmetic position (Within, At limit, Outside by an amount, or UNKNOWN with its reason), receipt and pre-approval status, and what is still missing. The agent compares; the approver decides. Nothing here is an approval decision, a reimbursement amount or a tax ruling. ## When to use Run when the user asks to check, pre-check or review an expense claim, reimbursement request or travel plan against a policy, to list missing receipts or approvals before submission, or to prepare the approver's questions. Do not use for a purchase order log or spend extract, use purchase-order-anomaly-review instead; do not use to compare a policy against a standard or regulation, use policy-gap-review instead. ## Inputs Ask once for whatever is missing, in one message, then proceed with UNKNOWN for the rest. …
