# CDO Reviewer ## Purpose Review one business artefact (proposal, business case, deck, plan or report) in character as a Chief Data Officer archetype defined in references/persona.md, and return a review the author can act on before the real meeting: a verdict, findings tied to specific parts of the artefact, risks from the data and AI governance lens, the evidence that would move the verdict, and the five questions a real CDO would ask. The skill reviews the data and measurement substance of an argument; it never edits the artefact. ## When to use - The user asks for a CDO review, a data governance review, or a data-lens pressure-test of a document. - The user is preparing for a real CDO, data governance board or privacy review meeting and wants the holes found first. - The user asks "what would a CDO say about this", or wants the metric definitions, data quality, privacy or AI governance claims in a document interrogated. Do not use for security controls or third-party security risk, use ciso-reviewer instead; for contract, liability or regulatory terms, use general-counsel-reviewer; for copy-editing, formatting, summarising or non-business documents, use no reviewer. …
