Einrichtung einer HinSchG-konformen internen Meldestelle nach § 12 HinSchG – Auswahl Meldekanäle (mündlich, schriftlich, persönlich), Vertraulichkeitsschutz § 8, Anonymität § 16, Pflichten der Meldestelle § 13, Fristen § 17. Use when ein Unternehmen mit ≥ 50 EE die interne Meldestelle erstmals aufsetzt oder eine bestehende auf HinSchG-Konformität prüft.

# /hinweisgeberschutz:meldestelle-einrichten ## Zweck Die interne Meldestelle ist gesetzliche Pflicht für jedes Unternehmen mit mindestens 50 Beschäftigten. Eine **fehlende oder mangelhafte Meldestelle** ist nach § 40 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 i.V.m. Abs. 6 HinSchG bußgeldbewehrt mit bis zu **20.000 EUR**; **Vertraulichkeitsverletzungen** (§ 8) und **Repressalien** (§ 36) sowie das **Behindern einer Meldung** (§ 7 Abs. 2) werden mit bis zu **50.000 EUR** geahndet. Eine schlecht aufgesetzte Meldestelle verlagert den Schutz zudem auf die externe Meldestelle und erhöht Reputationsrisiken. > **Stand:** HinSchG zuletzt geändert durch Artikel 14 G. v. 02.12.2025 (BGBl. 2025 I Nr. 301).
