Respond to incoming code review comments on a PR you authored. Fetches every unresolved comment across all channels, inline threads, review bodies, PR-level conversation, and commit comments, classifies each by author and intent, verifies against the current code, fixes what is real, replies only inside a human's inline thread, closes bot threads and unrepliable channels without a comment, and monitors CI. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. ## Overview Receive-side counterpart to `/review`. Turns the loose, error-prone workflow of "respond to PR review comments" into a structured, validated pipeline. The seven phases take the user from "I see comments on my PR" to "every thread is answered or closed, code changes are validated and pushed, CI is green". [`../../rules/pr-comment-discipline.md`](../../rules/pr-comment-discipline.md) governs everything this skill publishes. One reply surface: a human's inline thread, four sentences at most. Bot threads are read, fixed when the finding is real, then resolved in silence. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
