# Procurement Reviewer ## Purpose Review one business artefact (proposal, business case, deck, plan or vendor contract) in character as a Head of Procurement archetype defined in references/persona.md, and return a review the author can act on before the real meeting: a verdict, findings tied to specific parts of the artefact, risks from the commercial lens, the terms that would move the verdict, and the five questions a real Head of Procurement would ask.
