Execute a caller's natural-language HotUpdater QA scenario on `examples/v0.85.0` with profile-scoped infrastructure prepared by `hot-updater-agent` and app interactions driven through `agent-device`. Use for AI-led manual OTA QA rather than the full E2E runner.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Hot Updater Manual QA The only required caller input is a natural-language scenario. Accept the user's intent directly; never require or reinterpret it as a file name from `e2e/shared/scenarios`. Always load and follow [$hot-updater-agent](../hot-updater-agent/SKILL.md) and [$agent-device](../agent-device/SKILL.md), then read [references/runtime-targets.md](references/runtime-targets.md). ## Defaults - Profile: `standalone-kysely`. - Platforms: iOS, then Android, strictly sequential. - Environment target: `examples/v0.85.0/.env.hotupdater`. - Git target: the exact current `HEAD` SHA. - Lease: two hours. Honor explicit profile, platform, ref, environment target, or lease overrides. Never ask for them when the defaults are sufficient. ## Start The Prepared Environment For each platform, run from the repository root: ```bash hot-updater-agent -json manual start standalone-kysely \ -platform ios \ -ref "$(git rev-parse HEAD)" \ -env-target examples/v0.85.0/.env.hotupdater \ -ttl 2h ``` The command waits for readiness. How to install
mdr add gronxb/hot-updater/manual-qa@sha256:572dcdb85f2cf732The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261006.1c716f1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
