文本去AI味：用确定性检测与「删除 -> 声纹校准 -> 改写 -> 防过平反查」去除文字的机器腔，把文字放回具体的人身上。产出：静默改写终版或AI味检测报告+七维评分。触发场景：用户说「去AI味」「太像AI写的」「帮我润色得更像人写的」「有机器味」「不够自然」「去掉宣传腔/公文腔/爆款腔/PPT腔/假人味」；或给一段文字要求改写得更口语化、更有个性、更有活人感。适用任何文本类型：自媒体文章、周报、随笔、产品文案、朋友圈、小红书笔记、邮件。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # 文本去AI味 / De-AI Writing 真实可靠的文风指令与客观检测。不输出一套新腔调替换旧腔调，而是教你找出机器味、删掉空话、校准到自己的声音。 ## Purpose 把一段有机器腔的文字改写成一个人真正会说出来的样子，并结合确定性脚本给出可复核的客观依据。本技能是「去 AI 味」的**唯一真源（single source of truth）**。 **AI 味的本质不是"用词太 AI"，而是"没有具体的人在里面"。** 干净但没灵魂依然是机器味：每句话长度一样、没有观点、只做中立报道、不承认复杂感受。去 AI 味不是洗成"通用人类腔"，而是把文字放回一个**具体的人**身上。 ## When to Use - 用户说「去AI味」「太像AI写的」「帮我润色得更像人写的」「有机器味」「不够自然」。 - 用户抱怨内容有宣传腔、公文腔、爆款腔、PPT 腔、假人味。 - 用户给一段文字（自媒体、周报、随笔、产品文案、朋友圈、小红书、邮件），要求更口语化、更有个性、更有活人感。 - 用户要检查自己的稿子是否还能听得出 AI 痕迹。 ## When NOT to Use - 用户要从零写一篇新文章 -> 交给 `wechat-article-writer` 或 `weitoutiao-creator`；本技能只改已有文字。 - 用户要分析/拆解别人的文章结构与说服策略 -> 交给 `article-deconstructor`。 - 用户要生成新的社交媒体评论文案 -> 交给 `viral-hook`。 - 用户要的是事实核查、合规审查或翻译质量 -> 超出本技能范围，如实告知。 - 文本本身是代码、日志、机器可读格式 -> 不做文学性改写。 ## Workflow 六步流程，结合确定性工具与声纹改写： 1. **客观初筛与清洗**。运行 `python3 <skill>/scripts/detect.py` 获取客观指标（`ai_tell_score`、句长变异系数 CV、零宽字符）。若检出零宽字符，先用 `--clean` 清洗。 2. **删除（至少砍 20%）**。按检测问题直接删：意义膨胀帽子、模糊归因伪引用、正确废话、聊天残留、公式开头结尾。删掉这段话，文章损失什么？什么都不损失 = 该删。 3. **声纹校准（放回具体的人）**。先定口气（吐槽/尖锐/冷脸技术/专业编辑/随性），提取或模拟具体活人的声纹（见 `references/voice-calibration.md`）。 4. **改写（抽象换动作，坚守边界）**。执行 7 条改写规则：抽象词换动作、给事实不给形容、具体到数字实体、留一些脏、系动词回流、坚守防语义漂移红线（字数 <= 1.25x，见 `references/rewrite-rules.md`）。 …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
