Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Feature Readiness Review ## Purpose This skill checks three transitions: accepting the feature baseline, starting dependent implementation, and declaring completion. It looks for missing authority, unresolved prerequisites, and unsupported completion claims at those transitions. Starting implementation with an unresolved blocking question produces work that has to be undone, and the cost is not the code — it is the decisions that were quietly made to fill the gap and then depended on. Declaring completion on a green build produces a feature that compiles, passes its own tests, and does something other than what was agreed. Each gate has a stop condition and a return owner; “not ready” without where to return is incomplete. A review request authorizes investigation and a gate result, not automatic edits to the reviewed code, baseline, persisted records or approval state. Reuse any authority already granted to fix or update those artifacts; do not ask again merely because a gate is being run. With findings-only scope, propose the corrections in the report. With authorized corrections, change only the affected scope and recheck it before reporting a new result. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
