This skill should be used when filing in a Colorado state court other than the Denver District Court (2nd JD) or Arapahoe County District Court (18th JD). Use this skill in addition to `co-statewide-format` when the case is in a Colorado state court **other than** the Denver District Court (see `co-denver`) or Arapahoe County District Court (see `co-arapahoe`).
