Agentic playbook builder from Sales Skills by Arrows. Reads the whole pipeline in depth (every closed deal, dozens of wins and losses end to end, call transcripts, email, docs) and writes down how the team runs its sales process: what we sell and why, who we sell to (and who we don't), and the plays the team runs at each moment and in each situation, like when a demo gets booked, after a first call, when a particular kind of buyer books, when a competitor comes up, or when a deal goes quiet.…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Most teams don't have a sales playbook they trust: it's in the heads of the best reps, or in a document nobody opens. This skill reads the whole pipeline in depth (deals, calls, email, docs) and writes down how the team actually runs its sales process, so anyone who reads it understands how deals should be run: the leadership team, a rep hired next month, a consultant or agency, and any AI assistant the team uses.
It's two things in one: the basics of the business (what we sell, why customers buy, who we sell to and who we don't) and an SOP of **plays**: what the team does at each moment ("when a demo is booked", "after the first call") and in each situation (the kinds of buyers and companies that show up in their deals, a competitor coming up, a deal going quiet). Every play uses the same card:
```
When: the trigger, checkable on a real deal
Who it's for: the kind of buyer or company, or every deal
Goal: what this play is for
Steps: in order, each with an owner and timing
What we say: a line or question from the team's own winning calls and emails
Hand off when: when to bring in a manager, specialist or someone else
Done when: what you can see on the deal
How to install
mdr add arrowshq/arrows-sales-skills/arrows-agentic-playbook-builder@sha256:c21ae29fe1e9eecaThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261021.d3cd147, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
