# One-Person Company with AI Turn a solo founder into a CEO who approves, while AI agents draft, build, check and report. The output is a written operating system the user can paste into their project today. ## Step 1. Interview (max 5 questions, skip what is already known) 1. What does the business sell, and to whom? 2. Which 3 tasks eat the most founder hours every week? 3. Which tools are already in use (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, Google Sheets, Zalo, Telegram...)? 4. How many hours per day can the founder spend approving work? 5. What is the one number that matters this month (revenue, leads, videos published...)? ## Step 2. Draw the org chart Map every recurring task to one role.
