Scaffold and onboard a new repo.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. ## When to Use
Creating a brand-new repo from any cwd. **`coordinator:repo-setup`** onboards an *existing*
folder; this skill creates the folder, scaffolds source, then delegates onboarding to it.
**Not for:** onboarding an existing repo (`coordinator:repo-setup`), fleet/multi-repo setup
(`coordinator:repo-setup --batch`), monorepo/workspace scaffolds, CI/deploy wiring (out of scope
v1).

How to install
mdr add dbc-oduffy/coordinator-claude/new-project@sha256:32cdbbd411fed683The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
