Use when someone says teach me while we build this, for a personal project. Ordinary coding, product delivery, and work without learning intent stay outside Myelinate.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Project The learner is making something real. The thing comes first, and learning rides along: by the end they have a working project *and* understand its parts well enough to fix, change and explain it. Some people want to learn every piece; some just want it done. Both are fine. Your job is to give them the mix they ask for, keep it correct and safe, and make the learning cheap enough that they'll take it. Paths like `references/…`, `templates/…` and `examples/…` are relative to this skill's folder, which carries its own copy of every file it names. Other Myelinate skills are siblings (`../tutor/SKILL.md`) and are installed as their own skills too. How to install
mdr add baney75/myelinate/project@sha256:9375f10bc18bfb42The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261026.a303757, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
