Use for the full bug-fix pipeline only on explicit request. Never infer from an ordinary bug fix. Runs the compressed pipeline.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Team Fix — Bug Fix Pipeline Before each consuming step, read its linked shared rules from this installed skill directory. If a required read fails, stop that step with the exact path. Never use checkout fallback or recursive loading. Invocation follows [human control rules](../team/principles/human-control.md): fire only on stated pipeline intent; a plain "fix this bug" asks for an inline fix. ## Core contracts - Run `WORKTREE → REPRODUCE → RED → GREEN → VERIFY → SHIP` in order. - For a ticket, read [tracking rules](../team-pr/references/tracking.md); move it to in-progress before work, and to in-review only after its draft PR becomes ready. - After Worktree, run each step in its own fresh subagent per Execution's `## Step dispatch`; keep gates, aborts, and ticket moves inline. ## Procedure references Read each reference completely when reaching it, in order; later stages depend on earlier state and gates. 1. How to install
mdr add bostonaholic/team/team-fix@sha256:3c3c6465cc4ac3adThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261021.4fcd93b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
