Use for running the Team code review phase only on explicit request. Never infer from a plain review request. Reviews and fixes the branch.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Team Code Review Before each dispatch or retry, read [host dispatch](../team/references/15-host-dispatch.md) and supply its resolved installed paths. Before artifact work, read [artifact schema](../team/references/artifacts.md). Before the tier sort, read [finding format](../team/references/findings.md). Before each consuming step, read its linked shared rules from this installed skill directory. If a required read fails, stop that step with the exact path. Never use checkout fallback or recursive loading. Before finalizing prose you author, read the [writing standards](../team/references/writing.md). Relay completed reviewer reports unchanged. ## Core contracts - Require `1-task.md`, a non-default branch, at least one commit beyond the merge-base, and a tree clean outside `docs/plans/`; in multi-repo mode, every worktree `4-repos.md` lists. - Write one `review-<n>.md` per completed round; never overwrite a record. - **Never** ask the user which Blocking or Major items to address (the no-consult rule). How to install
mdr add bostonaholic/team/team-code-review@sha256:b7bb005c85d884d1The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261021.4fcd93b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
