Create a new Effect-TS service following the mandatory Reactive Agents patterns. Use when adding a service to any package.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Implement Service: $ARGUMENTS
## Step 1: Check the spec
Before writing any code, read the spec for the target package to confirm:
- The service name and interface are defined in the spec
- The service's dependencies are identified
- The service's methods and return types are specified
## Step 2: Create the service file
Create the service file at the path specified in the package's spec (usually `src/services/<name>.ts` or `src/<name>.ts`).
Follow this exact template:

How to install
mdr add tylerjrbuell/reactive-agents-ts/implement-service@sha256:4c77baaec7764a55The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260410.125ee95, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
