Debug agent reasoning failures using the composable kernel phase map. Maps symptoms to specific files and grep commands. Use when an agent is not calling tools, looping, producing wrong output, or failing silently.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Kernel Debug — Symptom to Phase Map The composable kernel maps every failure symptom to a specific phase and file. Use this table to find the right code immediately rather than doing broad codebase exploration. ## Symptom → Phase → File > Kernel paths reflect the Stage-5 capability layout (`kernel/capabilities/<cap>/`). How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
