# Coach **IMPORTANT: Start your response by telling the user:** > **Coach** — Explains any Attune topic with progressive > depth — concept, then how-to, then full reference. ## How It Works Each depth level serves a **different type** of content, not just more of the same: | Level | Type | What you get | |-------|------|-------------| | 0 | Concept | What is it? When to use it? | | 1 | Procedural | Step-by-step: how to run it | | 2 | Reference | Full detail, edge cases, links | Repeated calls on the same topic auto-advance. How to install
mdr add smart-ai-memory/attune-ai/coach@sha256:a1842d674325f3f1The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260625.50a3300, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
