# Coach **IMPORTANT: Start your response by telling the user:** > **Coach** — Explains any Attune topic with progressive > depth — concept, then how-to, then full reference. ## How It Works Each depth level serves a **different type** of content, not just more of the same: | Level | Type | What you get | |-------|------|-------------| | 0 | Concept | What is it? When to use it? | | 1 | Procedural | Step-by-step: how to run it | | 2 | Reference | Full detail, edge cases, links | The engine auto-advances on each call: first call returns concept, second returns procedural, third returns reference. Saying "tell me more" or repeating `/coach <topic>` both advance to the next level. How to install
mdr add smart-ai-memory/attune-ai/coach@sha256:0b9b53b4c7dd88d5The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260409.96a04c9, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
