Use when the user says /coach (today, week, month, profile, log), asks what to do today for training, asks for a workout, weekly training plan, or longevity plan, wants to log a finished workout or check lift progression (PR, plateau, deload), or a scheduled morning task fires to drop today's workout into the calendar. NOT for importing health data (use ingest-health/health-setup), raw biometric queries without a prescription, or emotional/life coaching (use coaching).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # coach, the longevity + fitness coach Reads everything health-mcp knows (recovery, sleep score, sleep regularity, cycle phase, somatic state, longevity panel, out-of-range labs, Floor from today's journal) and issues a prescription that's specific to THIS person on THIS day. Progressive overload tracked per-lift. Deload every 4th week. Calendar drop optional. This is the substrate's coach SURFACE. The DATA + DECISION layer lives in `services/health-mcp/coach.py`. How to install
mdr add mycelium-hq/ai-brain-starter/coach@sha256:cc2e284d3261dbcdThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260707.f0ac903, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
