## Scope

Anything that needs GitHub the platform: Actions, pull requests, issues, repository settings,
releases, and the `gh` CLI plus the REST and GraphQL APIs used to drive them.

Not covered: the review opinion itself. For whether a diff is correct, well designed or safe, use
the `code-review` skill; this skill covers the mechanics of getting that review requested,
fetched, answered and merged.

Also not covered, and worth stating in full because the line matters:

Purely local git work — branching strategy, worktrees, rebase and merge-conflict resolution,
commit granularity and message style, history-rewrite guardrails. Use the `git-workflow`
skill. Anything git alone can do
offline is out of scope here; this skill starts where GitHub does.

Not covered: auditing application code for vulnerabilities — use the `security-review` skill;
this skill audits workflow YAML and
repository configuration, not the program those workflows build. Not covered: other CI platforms
(GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI); a check whose details URL is not an Actions run is reported by URL

How to install

The exact contents, by fingerprint

The line at the top of this page pins the label v2026.10.15, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
