Implement a Chronicle IReactor - an automation that causes an external side effect or appends a follow-up event or command, or the adapter side of a translation of outside data into our own facts. Covers handler dispatch and parameter resolution, every supported return type, targeting another event source, replay handling with [OnceOnly] and [Replay], event filtering, failure and quarantine behavior, and the analyzer rules. Use for event-driven side effects; do not use to populate a read model.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
