Use when a user asks what to test first based on CodeScene findings, especially for high-risk hotspots or pull-request change sets. Only in repositories that opted into the cratis/codescene profile and have CodeScene MCP tools available; otherwise do not use.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
<!-- Modified by Cratis from CodeScene AB's original (Apache-2.0): added profile guard, policy note, license field and this notice. Upstream: https://github.com/codescene-oss/codescene-mcp-server (skills/risk-based-testing-with-code-health/SKILL.md; see NOTICE) --> # Risk-Based Testing With Code Health Use only in repositories that opted into `cratis/codescene` and have CodeScene MCP tools available; otherwise skip without blocking and say so. The Cratis policy in `.cratis/ai/rules/codescene.md` overrides this skill where they differ. ## Overview Use this skill when the goal is to turn CodeScene risk signals into practical testing priorities. The output should help testers and developers focus limited test time on the code most likely to produce defects. The primary signal is always the **current branch's change set** — what has actually changed is more immediately actionable than long-standing hotspots. Hotspots provide background context and catch systemic risk, but they should not displace focus from files the branch has already touched. ## When to Use - A user asks where testing should focus based on CodeScene hotspots. …

How to install
mdr add cratis/ai/risk-based-testing-with-code-health@sha256:260dfebf03214573The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261013.615e6a9, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
