Prepares a discovery call brief from what the user has on a prospect (CRM record, inbound form, emails, notes, public material the user supplies): what is known with sources, gaps against the qualification dimensions, hypotheses to test, questions in priority order and what to listen for. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Discovery call prep ## Purpose Give the user a brief readable in three minutes before a first or early call with a prospect: what is known and how well, what is not, which hypotheses to test, which questions to ask in what order, and which answers matter. The brief prepares the conversation; it does not qualify, price or promise anything. ## When to use Run when the user asks to prepare for a discovery, first, intro or qualification call or a needs analysis with a prospect, or asks what to ask one. Do not use for an existing customer's account review, use account-plan-builder instead; for scoring leads against a rubric use lead-qualification-scorer. Also not for a demo script, a proposal or a negotiation call. Do not use for a stalling deal's risk signals, use deal-risk-review instead. ## Inputs From the user, asked for in one message only if missing: 1. Prospect organisation and the named contacts expected on the call, as given. 2. Call details: date, time, duration (default 30 minutes), attendees on both sides, who arranged it and the stated reason. Missing parts read UNKNOWN. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
