Seventh stage of the SEO pipeline: for one selected topic, find the value proposition and winning angle, and produce a complete SEO writing Brief. Corresponds to the v2 flowchart step 「選擇主題：設計 Brief」. Triggers when the user hands over a Topics handoff packet, provides reference articles/forums/expert opinions, or says 「寫 Brief」. Only writes the Brief — does not design the outline and does not write the article.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent.
