Use when laying out or locally running several Cratis services with Aspire or Compose, or diagnosing a wrong local kernel or store. Not for service-contract design or production kernel hosting.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Run several Cratis services locally
Locally, a multi-service Cratis system is **one** Chronicle kernel hosting one
event store per service, one MongoDB replica set behind it, every service as its
own process with its own store name, and one frontend per service. Cross-store
forwarding only works inside one kernel, so never start a kernel per service.
`cratis-multi-service-architecture` owns why the services are split this way.

How to install
mdr add cratis/ai/cratis-multi-service-local-orchestration@sha256:88b887781b144cf9The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261026.fc845e3, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
