Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Update open calls skill Crawls two registers of things you can still apply to, and publishes them: - **ИСУН 2020** — `/Active` (real procedures, `kind='call'`) and `/PublicDiscussion` (draft guidance out for comment, `kind='consultation'`), into `data/opencalls/isun.json`; - **ДФ „Земеделие"** — the indicative intake schedule under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, into `data/opencalls/sp2023.json`. - **Interreg** — 2 of the 6 cross-border programmes, into `data/opencalls/interreg.json` (`npm run opencalls:interreg`). How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
