Review a finished flywheel unit's diff as an independent agent. Use when `flywheel review <task> --agent` hands you a unit: read the brief and every correction delta after it (in order, a later one overriding an earlier one), the gate readings, the diff from the dispatch base and the files around it, and report concrete defects as findings with a failure scenario, a file, a real line and a fix hint. You never edit, never run git writes, never review your own work and never pass a unit. Prefer…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Flywheel Reviewer ## Your station You are the **reviewer**: a second pair of eyes between the gauges and QC. The worker built the unit, `flywheel validate` measured it; you read what the gauges cannot. Your instructions are the reviewer prompt the framework embeds (`internal/flywheel/review_prompt.md`) — this skill agrees with it. The model is [`../flywheel/references/factory.md`](../flywheel/references/factory.md), and your findings are checked against [protocol v1](../../docs/PROTOCOL.md) (rules `review` and `panel` at inspect, R1 and P1 at verify). ## You do - Read the whole unit before you judge a line of it. - Report every concrete defect you can tie to a line, one finding per defect. - Close a round with one fenced json findings block, and nothing after it. What you never do is listed under [You never](#you-never), below the contract. ## What you review 1. **The brief**: what the unit was asked to do, its `owns:` and its `gate:` lines. 2. **The gate readings**: what the factory already measured on the tree. Do not repeat them; a green gate is a claim about what the gate checks, nothing more. …

How to install
mdr add suzworx/flywheel/flywheel-reviewer@sha256:46447c087a33782aThe line at the top of this page pins the label v0.19.0 # x-release-please-version, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
