Use Spring Data JPA or MongoDB with Kotlin or Java Arc read models — repository-backed queries and paging, command current-state resolution, observable snapshots, concept converters, certified tenant storage and explicit transaction opt-ins. Use when wiring JVM Arc persistence or database-backed observations. Do not use for Chronicle projections, C# EF Core, query transport alone, or authentication and tenant resolution alone.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
<!-- Copyright (c) Cratis. All rights reserved. --> <!-- Licensed under the MIT license. See LICENSE file in the project root for full license information. --> # Use Spring Data with JVM Arc Keep Spring Data responsible for persistence and Arc responsible for the model-bound command/query pipeline. Repository injection alone does not isolate tenants or turn a repository into an observable source. ## Verified product sources Verified at `Arc.Kotlin v7.7.0`: `Integrations/SpringDataJpa`, `Integrations/SpringDataMongo` (observable query services/extensions, contextual read-model providers, tenant access and converters) and `Documentation/guides/spring-data/*.mdx`. Add `io.cratis:arc-spring-data-jpa:7.7.0` or `io.cratis:arc-spring-data-mongodb:7.7.0`; both include the Arc Spring Boot starter and corresponding Spring Data starter. Spring owns repository discovery, datasource/entity manager, Mongo client and their standard configuration. ## Query a mapped read model JPA example (requires the application's normal JPA entity/no-arg setup): ```kotlin // Copyright (c) Cratis. How to install
mdr add cratis/ai/cratis-arc-spring-data-kotlin@sha256:a317e94fbf895ddfThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261012.0af903a, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
