# SharePoint review sweeper
## Purpose
Sweep one configured document library for documents past their scheduled review date and return two artefacts in the chat: a dated review sweep report with four sections (Overdue, Due soon, No review date, Summary) and one notification text per owner of overdue documents, ready for the user to send. The skill reads the listing it is given. It never changes the library, never sends anything, and never invents a document, date or owner.
## When to use
Use when the user asks to:
- find documents past their review date in a document library
- run a review sweep, review-date audit or stale-document check
- build a reminder list or spreadsheet for overdue document reviews
- draft reminder emails to document owners about overdue reviews
Do not use for general search questions, for a single named document, or for any request that would change library metadata.
