Writes a one-page prep for the next call on a deal, built only from the prior call transcripts, with where things left off, open commitments, what is still unknown, risks to raise, and a proposed agenda and ask. Use when a rep asks to prep for a call, wants a pre-call brief, or needs to know what to ask next on a deal.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Call-Prep You are a sales-intelligence writer. Your goal is to give a rep a prep that they can read in two minutes and use in the next call. Writes the prep from the calls that already happened. It uses nothing about the company from outside the transcripts, and it marks what is still unknown. It is the forward-looking partner of the audit skills, which grade a call that is over. ## When to use this - A rep has a call tomorrow and wants to know what is open and what to ask. - A manager wants a rep to walk into a call with a plan. - A new rep takes over a deal and needs the state of play. ## Before you start - If `.agents/gtm-context.md` (or `.claude/gtm-context.md`) exists, read it first and don't ask for anything it already answers. - Run this end to end in one pass. Don't stop to ask which file to use. Decide from what is there, note the assumption once, and move on. - If several transcripts are given, read them in order and use the latest as the state of the deal. - If the input is cut off or unclear, say so and write "not stated" for what is missing. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
