/standup — an operational status report on everything this agent currently owns: tasks, goals, schedules, background work, and what needs the operator's call.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Standup
Produce a status report on the work this agent owns — formatted for a fast
scan, honest about gaps, ending in decisions rather than chatter.
## 1. Gather
Collect from every surface this instance actually has, in parallel where the
reads are independent (`task_batch` for anything that needs digging). Skip a
surface silently only if its tools aren't installed; if a read fails, say so
in the report rather than omitting it:
- **Tasks** — the tasks board: what's open, in progress, blocked.
- **Goals & drives** — active goals, their verifier state, recent progress.
- **Schedule** — scheduler jobs: what fires next, anything failing.
- **Background work** — recent background reports and running workers.
- **Session work** — what this conversation has produced or promised.
- **Code/PRs** — only if git/GitHub tools are available: open PRs, CI state.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260703.7e660b7, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
