Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Pulls Eurostat NUTS 3 annual series: GDP per capita (`nama_10r_3gdp`), population (`nama_10r_3popgdp`), net migration rate (`demo_r_gind3`), recorded-theft rate (`crim_gen_reg`), plus a derived active-enterprise density (`bd_size_r3` ÷ population); merges one АЗ oblast series — long-term unemployment share (`ltUnemployment`); and merges four NSI JSON-stat open-data datasets — cumulative FDI per capita (id=629), museum visits per 1000 (id=844), hospital beds per 1000 (id=1206), crude death rate per 1000 (id=1139 = deaths by district ÷ population; a descriptive age-dominated demographic outcome, NOT a spend-adjustable measure).
