Perform a focused scalability review of changed code in a Cratis application — Chronicle observers and replay, read-model query shape, command and query payloads, .NET enumeration, and React render cost — and report findings by risk. Use when asked to check for performance or scalability problems. Do not use for ordinary implementation and do not override the authoritative paging guidance.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Cratis performance review Most performance findings in a Cratis application are shape problems, not hot-loop problems: a projection that has to re-read, a query that materializes before it filters, a payload nobody uses. They are cheap to fix while the change is open and expensive once data has grown behind them. Two things make this stack different. **A projection must be able to replay the entire history** — a cost that is invisible at development volumes and fatal at production ones. And **an event is permanent**, so an oversized event is a storage and replay cost that never goes away. ## Verified product sources | Package | Purpose | | --- | --- | | `Cratis.Chronicle` | Observers, projections, reducers, reactors, replay | | `Cratis.Arc.Core` | Query return shapes and server-side paging | | `@cratis/components` | `DataTable` paging surface | Paged MongoDB observations re-read page and total on each change; see the read-model query reference for the distinction from unpaged retained sets. Reverify against the owning product repository before asserting a framework behavior this file does not already state. ## Route near misses …

How to install
mdr add cratis/ai/cratis-performance-review@sha256:8ec5dfd77f5bd317The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261017.b02cf93, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
