## OBJECTIVE Choose the lightest execution path that preserves correctness and required proof. IRON LAW: MULTI-AGENT ORCHESTRATION MUST EARN ITS COORDINATION COST. `ops-flow` classifies and routes. It does not implement, review, or ship. Prefer repository evidence over the user's or agent's estimate of task size. ## INPUT ```text ops-flow [goal] [--risk low|medium|high|critical|auto] [--mode direct|standard|reviewed|orchestrated|release|audit|parallel|ship|auto] [--autonomy low|normal|high] ``` Defaults: `--risk auto --mode auto --autonomy normal`. ## STEP 1: LOCATE THE TASK SHAPE When running inside `agent-surface`, load both live procedure catalogs first: ```bash node scripts/agent-surface.mjs skills --json node scripts/agent-surface.mjs commands --json ``` Answer these questions from the request and repository: 1. How to install
mdr add lyther/agent-surface/ops-flow@sha256:9c95b730afe56696The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260914.e354919, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
